Chess battle continued

The second game between Grotmol and me is proceeding slightly faster than the
disastrous first game and hopefully it will continue for a while, at least
to the mid-play. The match is played in best of three games.Here are the moves:

Johan - Öyvind

1.Nf3 c5
2.g3 b6
3.Bg2 Bb7
4.c3 e5
5.e4 ?
